Some things to keep in mind while preparing the design:

• Try to use vector based app like illustrator
• save in eps or ai format
• keep it simple - no shadows no effects
• minimum outlines, lines or object thickness should be bigger than 0,15 mm
• minimum text size is 1mm
• try to keep the main graphics 1mm away from the edge
• make the graphics till the edge but no overprint
• printed colors are sligtly darker than what you see on your display maybe by up to 10%
• if you don´t have a graphic software a colored sketch is perfectly fine =) I can redraw it for you but it would take some time the price for such rework can be estimated to 15€ based on complexity
• if you supply everything as requested in vector a print of a custom torso 1 pc (doublesided) is 6€ + part cost (plain torso is 1,35€).
